Join us on a Sunday morning for our Hot Girl Wellness Walks — a soulful, nature-filled adventure for women who want to feel good from the inside out.
We’ll meet at 9:45am for a 10am start in and around the beautiful woodlands and walking trails of the Tonbridge area, walking as a group through peaceful, grounding landscapes. These walks are not about speed or fitness levels — they’re about connection. With pauses for mindfulness, forest bathing, and taking in the natural beauty around us, this is your time to slow down, breathe deeply, and let nature work her magic.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll be walking alongside like-minded women in a safe, supportive space where you can just be — no pressure, no expectations, just fresh air, open hearts, and good vibes.
What to bring:

Sensible footwear and clothing is a must! – the woodland paths may include uneven ground, exposed tree roots, low branches, and the occasional muddy trail or bramble. Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain.

Your own drink to stay hydrated.

Any personal medication you may need.
These walks are classed as easy to moderate. We’re not hiking mountains, but there may be some hills and varied gradients to explore. Allow two hours for the full experience.
£5 per walk – this covers necessary insurance.
