Stretch & Sound Sessions

Where mindful movement meets healing sound

Discover Deep Restoration Through Movement & Vibration
Step into our candlelit sanctuary where gentle stretch flow seamlessly blends with immersive sound bath therapy. This gorgeous fusion of mindful movement and healing vibrations offers a complete journey of restoration for body, mind, and spirit.
Created in collaboration with Emma (@emma_wellnesscoaching), Stretch & Sound is more than a class – it's a transformative evening designed to melt away tension, open space in your body, and guide you into profound peace.

What is Stretch & Sound?
Imagine beginning with soft, mindful movement that gently loosens physical holding patterns and calms your nervous system. Emma guides you through accessible stretches and calming breathwork, preparing your body to receive the deepest benefits of sound healing.
Then, sink into stillness as you're cocooned in waves of soothing sound. Using resonant gongs, pure-toned crystal singing bowls, and ethereal wind chimes, Naomi creates an immersive soundscape aligned with seasonal themes and chakra work – guiding you into states of profound relaxation and energetic alignment.

Our Beautiful Stretch & Sound Sessions
Stretch & Sound sessions for 2026

January: New Beginnings and Fresh Potential
Wednesday 28th January, 7pm | St Luke's Parish Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway

As nature rests beneath winter's blanket and the new year unfolds, we plant seeds of intention for the months ahead. Emma's gentle stretch flow opens space in your body while Naomi's sound bath, focusing on the root and crown chakras, grounds your dreams in earthly reality while connecting them to divine guidance.
This practice helps you feel stable, secure, and supported as you step into new beginnings, leaving you with a clear sense of direction, deep inner strength, and trust in the unfolding path ahead.

February: Self-Love and Heart Opening
Friday 27th February, 7pm | St Luke's Parish Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway

In the month of love, as the first stirrings of spring begin beneath the earth, we turn our attention to the most important relationship of all – the one with ourselves. Through mindful movement and heart chakra work, we'll release old wounds, dissolve patterns of self-criticism, and open to profound self-compassion.
Experience the transformative power of loving yourself fully, leaving with an expanded heart, greater self-acceptance, and the ability to give and receive love more freely.

March: Awakening and Creative Flow
Wednesday 11th March, 7pm | St Luke's Parish Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway

As spring equinox brings equal light and darkness, and nature bursts into vibrant life, we awaken our creative life force. Emma's flowing movements combined with Naomi's sacral and throat chakra work unlock creative blocks, honour emotional flow, and give voice to authentic expression.
This practice helps your creativity flow freely, your emotions move healthily, and your truth speak clearly. Leave feeling inspired, emotionally balanced, and ready to birth your creative visions into the world.

April: Personal Power and Confidence
Wednesday 15th April, 7pm | St Luke's Parish Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway

In the full flourishing of spring, as everything in nature claims its right to grow and bloom, we reclaim our own power. Through empowering movement and solar plexus chakra work, we'll strengthen your sense of self, dissolve doubt and fear, and kindle the flame of confidence within.
This empowering practice helps you trust your decisions, set healthy boundaries, and step into your full strength. Leave feeling empowered, confident, and ready to take purposeful action in your life.

May: Joy and Abundance
Wednesday 13th May, 7pm | St Luke's Parish Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway

As May's abundance overflows and the earth celebrates life in full bloom, we open ourselves to receive joy and prosperity. Through uplifting movement and heart and solar plexus chakra work, we'll dissolve scarcity mindsets, open to life's generosity, and remember that abundance is our natural state.
This uplifting practice helps you recognise and receive the blessings already present, leaving you feeling grateful, joyful, and magnetically aligned with abundance in all its forms.
